- Log into portal Voice Portal
- Go to Dial Plan > Redirect Schedules > Church Holiday
- Change the Date and End Date to the Holiday Dates
- Scroll Down and Click Save
- To change the greeting, go to Dial Plan > Sound Prompts
- Click the +Icon and upload your audio. Click Save.
- I use the free plan and the Rachel Voice here: Eleven Labs AI
- Go to Dial Plan > IVR Menues > Church-Holiday
- Click the Pencil Icon
- Change the Greeting Prompt to the audio you uploaded previously by clicking the magnifying glass
- Click Save
