- Dial your voicemail
- When prompted, enter your password, this is defaulted to your extension number
- Press 0 for Advanced Options
- Press 1 to set your busy message
- When prompted, record your voicemail and when done, press #
- You can press 1 to play back your message
- Once satisfied, press 2 to save your message
