PTZ Camera won't move

  1. Unplug the cat5 cable from the camera that isn't responding. Plug back in
  2. Test to see if you can move the camera. If not go to step 3
  3. On the NVR or the app, go to Channel > Channel
  4. Click the Trashcan icon beside the mobile camera 
  5. Follow directions to add the camera back from this guide: How to fix a disconnected camera
