            How to Fix No Sound on Cameras

            1. Download the PC app for the NVR
            2. Log into the NVR
            3. Go to Remote Settings
            4. In the menu, go to Record > Encode 
            5. Make sure the Audio slider is blue. Click Save. Go to SubStream and repeat.
